The technical director of BF Rugby Pavel Velkov was recruited to the team of tournament directors for Rugby 7 of the European Rugby Federation.

In the new season, the Bulgarian was appointed assistant tournament director of the Trophy Division tournaments for men and women in Zagreb - Croatia and for juniors and girls under 18 in Zabki - Poland.

Vasil Levski, the Rugby teacher from the National Academy of Sciences, has five years of experience as a tournament director for the European University Association (EUSA) for the period 2013-2017.

The sports career of the fifty-five-year-old specialist has passed through the Hungarian BEAC - Budapest, the Spanish Irunya and Gigantes de Navarra, the Greek Spartacus - Thessaloniki and his native NSA as a competitor. As a coach, he worked with the NSA and the national rugby 7 teams for men 2012-2017 and women 2004-2020, since 2011 he is the Technical Director of BF Rugby. Teacher of the World Federation /Word Rugby/ since 2010.
